01 Problem
The product was live and doing its job, but improving it had become slow. Every new feature raised the same question: would this break something else? The team did not want to rebuild. They just needed the product to stop fighting them every time they tried to move forward.
02 What we found
The product had grown in pieces. Some parts were solid, but others had become hard to change because the structure underneath was not clear enough. The part needing attention was the foundation around future changes, not the whole platform.
03 The fix
We kept the working parts in place and focused on the areas that were slowing the team down. We cleaned up the flow, clarified how new features should connect, and removed the parts that made simple changes feel risky. The goal was to make the product easier to improve without forcing a full rebuild.
